1. First come first serve basis. No order through phone call, sms or facebook. Orders will be entertained through order form only.

2. Items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.

3. No refund if u wish to cancel your order after payment has been done.

4. Reservation is strcitly 48 hours only.

5. Booking will be cancelled if no payment made in 48 hours and all cancelled booking will be blacklisted.

6. Shawls Gallery have no responsible to damages or lost incurred during shipping.

7. No cancellation and exchange after placing an order.
